About the role

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for Activix, ensuring it delivers measurable impact for dealers and aligns with AutoSync’s broader platform strategy.
  • Partner closely with Customers, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to identify opportunities that increase CRM adoption, dealer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Deeply understand dealer sales processes, lead management workflows, and customer engagement challenges to shape product priorities.
  • Lead large, cross-functional initiatives to modernize the CRM experience, incorporating automation, AI, and actionable insights.
  • Drive product excellence across Activix by establishing strong feedback loops with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor Product Managers within the CRM domain, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics such as dealer engagement, CRM adoption, and sales funnel conversion.
  • Represent the CRM portfolio at the executive level, building confidence across leadership, and advocating for the product vision internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS or CRM products.
  • Experience in CRM, automotive, or sales enablement platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to set and deliver on product strategy in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities across technical and business domains.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to guide product decisions and measure success.
  • Experience introducing AI or automation to streamline workflows or enhance user productivity.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
