About the role

  • Lead Operations Analyst driving business analysis and production support for collections applications. Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational improvement projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support, project support, and business analysis for Consumer Collections and Recovery applications
  • Perform business analysis for assigned applications including consumer collections and recovery
  • Act as first line of contact for user reported inquiries and problems
  • Deliver high quality support and service to internal/external partners
  • Identify and implement operational improvement concepts for measurable benefits
  • Support projects involving application changes, upgrades, and issue remediation plans
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Client centric mindset
  • 1 or more years of Operational Analyst experience
  • 1 or more years of experience as SME in Operational role
  • Proven track record of building strong working relationships
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong aptitude to technology based tools and databases (i.e., Excel, Access)
