Responsibilities
Provide ongoing production support, project support, and business analysis for Consumer Collections and Recovery applications
Perform business analysis for assigned applications including consumer collections and recovery
Act as first line of contact for user reported inquiries and problems
Deliver high quality support and service to internal/external partners
Identify and implement operational improvement concepts for measurable benefits
Support projects involving application changes, upgrades, and issue remediation plans
Build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Client centric mindset
1 or more years of Operational Analyst experience
1 or more years of experience as SME in Operational role
Proven track record of building strong working relationships
Strong decision making and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong aptitude to technology based tools and databases (i.e., Excel, Access)
