About the role
- Lead Operations Analyst driving business analysis and production support for collections applications. Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing production support, project support, and business analysis for Consumer Collections and Recovery applications
- Perform business analysis for assigned applications including consumer collections and recovery
- Act as first line of contact for user reported inquiries and problems
- Deliver high quality support and service to internal/external partners
- Identify and implement operational improvement concepts for measurable benefits
- Support projects involving application changes, upgrades, and issue remediation plans
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Client centric mindset
- 1 or more years of Operational Analyst experience
- 1 or more years of experience as SME in Operational role
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude to technology based tools and databases (i.e., Excel, Access)
