About the role
- Identify and contact dormant or unengaged leads through cold calling, emailing and field visits.
- Personalize outreach to increase engagement.
- Reintroduce Delta Medical Systems’ products and services to former or inactive accounts.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Hand off qualified leads to senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and refine outreach strategies.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Participate in available training and development to build sales skills and product knowledge.
- Comply with and adhere to all customer site requirements, which may include certain vaccinations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating contact with unfamiliar prospects
- Willingness to travel extensively and work independently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales fundamentals
- Ability to document interactions and follow up consistently
- Prior sales experience a plus.
