Lead Generation Specialist for surgical imaging sales at Delta Medical Systems. Developing, planning, and executing lead generation for Siemens medical imaging products.
Responsibilities
Identify and contact dormant or unengaged leads through cold calling, emailing and field visits.
Personalize outreach to increase engagement.
Reintroduce Delta Medical Systems’ products and services to former or inactive accounts.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Hand off qualified leads to senior sales staff.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and refine outreach strategies.
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Participate in available training and development to build sales skills and product knowledge.
Comply with and adhere to all customer site requirements, which may include certain vaccinations.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating contact with unfamiliar prospects
Willingness to travel extensively and work independently
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales fundamentals
Ability to document interactions and follow up consistently
Prior sales experience a plus.
