Responsibilities
Serve as the Lead Generation & CRM Integration Leader
Design and implement lead generation programs
Understand all aspects of the business and partner with executive leadership
Build and manage the resources required to deliver a world-class lead generation function
Establish SLAs and KPIs to measure impact of key programs
Document strategic priorities including external environment factors
Propose opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 years of strategic planning
Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred
5–10+ years leading lead generation or sales teams, with 5+ years in healthcare/insurance
experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM and lead gen tools)
experience developing strategic plans aligned with growth objectives
experience driving cross-organizational projects
strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, and marcom technology
