About the role

  • Serve as Business Owner for the Lead Generation and Information Architecture squads, working closely with Product Owners to define and deliver on commercial priorities
  • Represent marketing in product strategy discussions and collaborate with squad counterparts on roadmap planning and execution
  • Influence and drive lead generation strategy
  • Enhance content discoverability and improved user experience through Information Architecture
  • AI-enhanced customer experiences and marketing tooling
  • Leverage insights from performance data to uncover trends, build business cases, and translate into product improvements
  • Liaise with stakeholders across performance marketing, CRM, campaigns, content, analytics, and product to align targeting, messaging, and funnel conversion
  • Own and lead cross-functional initiatives related to marketing and product strategies
  • Maintain and evolve the roadmap for your domains together with Product Owners, ensuring measurable business impact on engagement and revenue
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Head of Digital Marketing on broader organizational and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or a cross-functional commercial role — ideally within tech/e-commerce or the travel/aviation industry
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce performance levers, including CRM, SEO/SEA, display, and content marketing
  • Hands-on experience working in or alongside agile product teams, ideally in a business owner or strategic stakeholder role
  • Confident in leading cross-functional projects, with strong stakeholder management and a clear, outcome-focused communication style
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to drive product and marketing decisions
  • Deeply customer-centric, with the ability to develop user-driven product concepts that deliver measurable business value
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, creative, and solution-oriented — you bring structure and clarity to ambiguity
  • Highly autonomous and accountable, with a proven ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
