- LCL Operations Agent managing end-to-end LCL operations for Maersk. Involves bookings, quotations, and customer relations in Croatian or Slovenian and English.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the LCL process end-to-end
- Manage bookings, quotations on LCL import and export, handle entries, completes Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents
- Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing
- Maintain relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors
- Offer assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, in Croatian or Slovenian and English
- Data processing and reports
Requirements
- Experience in managing import /export operations is a plus
- Good English command and one local language between Hungarian or Croatian or Slovenian at mothertoungue level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Detail orientation and hands-on approach
- Issue resolution abilities, open to learning and accountable
