Responsibilities
- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Plattform und der verschiedenen Hotel-Standorte.
- Management der Verfügbarkeiten, zügige und effiziente Bearbeitung von Buchungen auf unserer Plattform.
- Tägliche Unterstützung unseres Kundenservice-Teams, Gewährleistung einer hervorragenden Kundenerfahrung.
- Aktive Akquise und Verkauf von freien Schwimmeinheiten an neue und bestehende Kunden.
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Funktionalität unserer Service-Plattform.
- Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unserer Sylter Kids Schwimmkurs Angebote.
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Schwimmtrainern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes für die Trainer, Hotels und Kunden.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Tourismus oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Operations Management, idealerweise in der Freizeit-, Tourismus- oder Sportbranche.
- Hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Buchungsplattformen sowie Kompetenz im Umgang mit weiterer Computer-Software.
- Führerschein und die Möglichkeit Mobil zu sein.
