Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support to fee earners, PAs and wider teams
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Manage correspondence and documentation
Support file opening processes, maintaining accurate records
Assist with general office administration
Support document management, filing and archiving activities
Assist with elements of billing administration, including invoices and payment queries
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Business Support function
Provide team cover where required and help maintain consistent service delivery across the office
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Considerable organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy office environment
Experience working in a professional services environment (Desirable)
Exposure to document management or file management systems (Desirable)
Experience supporting billing or finance administration processes (Desirable)
Previous experience working within a team support function (Desirable)
Understanding of confidentiality requirements in a professional setting (Desirable)
