Responsibilities

- Du bastelst Reels, Posts, Story-Formate – gern auch Memes, Slides, Karussells – was du gut findest
- Du planst Inhalte vor, hilfst beim Posten, interagierst mit unserer Community
- Du bringst neue Ideen rein, wir brainstormen zusammen und testen, was funktioniert
- Du musst nichts „können“, was du nicht schon kannst – wir lernen zusammen und wachsen mit dem, was da ist
Requirements
- Du studierst irgendwas mit Medien, Kommunikation, Design oder was Ähnliches – oder bist noch in der Findungsphase
- Du hast ein gutes Gefühl für Social Media, Ästhetik, Trends und Timing
- Canva, CapCut oder ähnliche Tools kennst du vielleicht – oder lernst du bei uns
- Wichtig: Es muss ein Pflicht- oder Orientierungspraktikum sein
- Viel wichtiger: Du hast Lust, was Sinnvolles mitzugestalten und mit uns in den Maschinenraum eines Startups zu schauen
