About the role

  • Key Account Manager consulting with key clients to build strategic partnerships. Handling high-value accounts in a hybrid working model in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients, understanding their operations, challenges, and objectives.
  • Maintain relationships across multiple hierarchical levels within client organizations — from operational to strategic.
  • Conduct regular business meetings (QBRs), presenting results and proposing future plans.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that make sense for the client.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, logistics, fintech, or technology companies.
  • Ability to think strategically, strong negotiation skills, and business acumen.
  • Analytical profile: use data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM to manage pipeline and relationships.
  • Clear, assertive, and persuasive communication at all organizational levels.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the autonomy to take initiative.
  • Organization and planning skills to handle multiple concurrent demands.
