Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships and deliver profitable sustainable growth
  • Shape the strategic direction of the contract catering business
  • Manage P&L including sales revenue, trade spend, market share, and profit targets
  • Pro-actively manage relationships with customers
  • Build and develop effective partnerships
  • Execute robust channel strategies
  • Oversee Nestlé Category and Marketing initiative plans

Requirements

  • Demonstrated successful performance within sales
  • Large customer account management experience, to include OOH and Foodservice
  • Skilled negotiator with multi-faceted negotiations ability
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and lots of data
  • Customer centric approach
  • Ability to coach and develop people
