Perform administrative activities for the department
Support the operational execution of the department’s training programs, responsible for participant listings, creating classes within the LMS, creating learning paths, managing participants on the platform, ensuring data compliance and updates within the Corporate University, and handling inquiries related to the LMS platform
Assist with the team’s budget management, including opening purchase requests via Protheus, posting invoices via Audito, and monitoring payments to the department’s vendors
Support the company onboarding process by communicating with new hires and their managers // Manage onboarding materials, welcome kits, and promotional items
Arrange coffee breaks for internal events
Open and track support tickets to ensure resolution
Conduct company orientation tours for new employees
Availability to work at different locations during the week (Corporate University - Moema, Pedroso office, University hub - Lorena)
Extract training reports and metrics, perform analyses and prepare presentations when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Intermediate to advanced Excel
