About the role
- Applications Analyst developing applications and optimizing processes for achieving sales and service targets at adidas. Supporting training, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the interface to internal teams while coordinating and developing applications to efficiently achieve sales and service targets
- Conducts end to end review of Customer Applications specific processes to optimize resources and time
- Supports daily workflow direction to Application Representatives (ApS)
- Facilitates IT generated changes
- Support cross functional relationships to discuss and seek resolution to problem solve issues
- Actively support in specialized training
- Represent Order Management team as subject matter expert
- Support ad hoc execution of transactions as needed
- Monitor internal request process
- Identify training opportunities, develop training documentation, and lead training sessions
- Provide team direction, prioritize team workload, and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Manage the day-to-day details of projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- SAP expertise in Sales & Distribution, Process Automation
- Ability to collaborate, consult, and communicate with business partners and stakeholders
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint) and Smartsheets
