About the role
- Content adaptation: You edit and adapt social media content from creator or client videos for Reels, Shorts, or TikToks.
- Understand and implement social logic: You know TikTok trends, hook formats, and edit timings, and you ensure content not only looks good but also performs.
- Post-production & attention to detail: You handle text layers, subtitles, music and format conversion with a strong sense of aesthetics and impact.
- Close teamwork: You work closely with concept, project management and creators.
- Reliable delivery: You make sure your output stays on schedule and coordination with the PM team works smoothly—even when things come in at short notice.
Requirements
- Initial feel for social media content: You know TikTok, Reels & Co. not only from a consumer perspective but have already created or edited content yourself or worked on it during internships.
- Trend awareness & platform expertise: You understand what "hook", "thumb-stopper" or "voiceover instead of music" means. You can spot strong creator cuts and are open to new formats and aesthetics.
- First experience with common content-creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Hands-on mentality: You take initiative, find solutions and keep an overview even in busy periods.
- Care & timing: You have an eye for detail and work cleanly and reliably, even when things need to be done quickly.
