About the role

  • You actively acquire new partners: From identifying potential leads and making first contact (including cold outreach), through pitching and demos, to closing contracts — you own the entire sales funnel.
  • You advise healthcare providers as a trusted partner: You understand their challenges and co-develop the right solution from our product portfolio.
  • You lead confident negotiations: Whether practice owners, physicians, or administrative leaders — you persuade diverse decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and negotiation skill.
  • KPI-driven work: You operate based on data, manage your funnel efficiently, and consistently keep your goals and key metrics in focus.

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or convince us with your drive and eagerness to learn.
  • No fear of cold outreach: You proactively reach out to people and view every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
  • Strong communication skills: You can convey complex topics clearly, empathetically, and reliably — both written and verbal.
  • Motivation, discipline, and resilience define you — you stay committed even when things get challenging.
  • Curiosity & structure: You ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors' needs and work methodically.
  • Excellent German (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate effectively with our customers and colleagues.
