About the role

  • Advise our existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Acquire new customers via telephone, in-person communication, event attendance, and integration of social media
  • Continuously update and maintain our customer database and consistently follow up on proposals
  • Monitor the market and identify trends as an industry expert
  • Represent our trade shows at external events
  • Provide support and expertise in budget-related sales areas
  • Carefully manage exhibition spaces while taking current market developments into account

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the trade show or events industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent German and English
