About the role

  • Consultor Comercial Junior managing leads and sales through digital channels for SolarGrid. Responsible for client engagement, proposals, and sales strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Handle leads generated through digital channels (marketing, referrals, partnerships, and inbound);
  • Qualify opportunities by phone, WhatsApp or video call, understanding the client's profile and needs;
  • Conduct remote sales meetings and presentations;
  • Prepare commercial proposals, send contracts and support the client through to closing;
  • Record and keep all contact, negotiation and history information up to date in the CRM;
  • Actively follow up with leads at different stages of the funnel, respecting SLAs and best practices;
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, proposals sent, deals closed and conversions;
  • Participate in team alignment meetings, trainings and continuous improvement sessions;
  • Occasional participation in in-person sales campaigns across multiple states;

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM tools – RD Station;
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation techniques;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Driver's license preferred.
