Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales and brand visibility objectives for P&G Health Care across Athens and Thessaloniki. Collaborating with influencers, pharmacists, and academics while managing regional targets.
Responsibilities
You will lead and manage the achievements of sales, detailing and merchandising objectives within the assigned region in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs.
You are asked to build a strong external and internal network collaborate with key influencers, pharmacists, doctors, academics as well as our multiple 3rd party agencies.
You will be the CEO of your own geography!
You will be expected to build strong expertise in P&G Health Care business strategy by linking requirements of Key Accounts, Traditional Wholesalers, pharmacy chains, Distributors with Sales strategies/objectives, improve distributor organization capability to be capable to implement the annual plan achieving objectives on sales, distribution, merchandising, unsaleable, stock level, business building programs, interpersonal development and sales compliance.
Requirements
Limited experience in Pharmacy Sales
Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
Degrees in Chemistry/Biology/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Eng. will be considered a plus
Very good command of Greek and English languages both in writing and speaking
Valid driver’s license (company car will be provided for this specific role)
Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable)
Proven interpersonal skills coupled with entrepreneurial mindset
