About the role
- Junior Production Associate managing email marketing communications for a pharmaceutical client. Programming and designing emails using HTML and Knak while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Program emails in HTML from provided copy and layouts, or assemble emails using Knak as the primary tool.
- Be willing to upskill and use proprietary tools as required.
- Collaborate with local brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to produce layouts and program emails, including occasional newsletters for healthcare professionals.
- Handle basic design and layout tasks and apply omnichannel tagging.
- Engage with various teams as needed.
- Perform simple video and image editing and quickly update or refresh existing materials.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and consistent adherence to, relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience.
- Graduate or post-graduate; a bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience and demonstrable skills in email or digital design.
- Awareness of usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness, readability, and adaptability across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: experience handling digital assets in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Native French; business-level English is a plus.
