Further develop automated customer journeys across the funnel (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, re‑engagement)
Own performance KPIs such as open rates, clicks, conversions and unsubscribes
Develop segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized campaigns
Work closely with Content, Design and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows and to gradually implement strategic and operational CRM initiatives
Build and maintain an omnichannel CRM funnel (B2C and B2B)
Responsible for budget and revenue planning and control for the email marketing channel to ensure efficient use of resources
Direct reporting to the Head of E‑Commerce
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally in e‑commerce and in D2C and B2B environments
First experience or a strong interest in CRM, customer retention and customer lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (including international teams)
Analytical and conceptual thinker with a structured working approach and a strong sense of customer needs
High level of initiative, solution orientation and results focus
Confident use of email marketing tools (e.g., CleverReach, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
Fluent German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
