About the role

  • E-Mail Marketing und CRM Manager at Zwiesel Kristallglas AG. Responsible for email campaigns, customer journeys, and CRM strategies with a strong focus on results.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, execute and analyze email campaigns (newsletters, trigger/transactional emails, promotions, etc.)
  • Further develop automated customer journeys across the funnel (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, re‑engagement)
  • Own performance KPIs such as open rates, clicks, conversions and unsubscribes
  • Develop segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized campaigns
  • Work closely with Content, Design and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows and to gradually implement strategic and operational CRM initiatives
  • Build and maintain an omnichannel CRM funnel (B2C and B2B)
  • Responsible for budget and revenue planning and control for the email marketing channel to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Direct reporting to the Head of E‑Commerce

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally in e‑commerce and in D2C and B2B environments
  • First experience or a strong interest in CRM, customer retention and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (including international teams)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker with a structured working approach and a strong sense of customer needs
  • High level of initiative, solution orientation and results focus
  • Confident use of email marketing tools (e.g., CleverReach, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
  • Fluent German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
