About the role

  • Administrative Analyst in MICE managing financial processes ensuring efficiency and quality for a mobility solutions company. Seeking professionals passionate about revolutionizing travel management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and monitoring administrative and financial processes for the MICE department, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality delivery to clients.
  • Perform registrations and simple requests in Benner and VOLL.
  • Perform financial closings.
  • Request and follow up on reimbursements, cancellations, and advances.
  • Enter and verify land service vouchers and daily issuance reports.
  • Handle tickets in HubSpot and support basic financial activities.
  • Manage client credits and balances in VOLL.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills, professional demeanor, and good oral communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Benner is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative or operational activities, preferably in events, is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
