Responsibilities
Identify, research, and contact potential business leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the company’s products and services.
Maintain and update leads information accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them in the conversion process.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new opportunities.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, emails, and qualified leads.
Requirements
Native or fluent French (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2+).
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
