About the role

  • Lead Generation Specialist responsible for prospecting and generating sales leads for Illumina in Asia Pacific region. Collaborating with teams to qualify leads and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and manage Lead to Opportunity process
  • Design, plan and execute targeted prospecting campaigns
  • Initiate outbound contact with existing and prospective customers
  • Review grant abstracts and create/update business prospect lists
  • Develop new leads through telephone outreach and mass communication channels
  • Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams
  • Execute on and provide regular reports on lead generation projects

Requirements

  • At least two years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com or a similar CRM database a plus
  • Team goal oriented with focus on achieving sales performance metrics
  • Efficient time management skills
