About the role

  • Configures equipment for new employees
  • Keeps the asset list up to date
  • Solves hardware and software issues
  • Manages AD accounts
  • Checks received security alerts and escalates them if necessary
  • Helps implementing new software/hardware solutions
  • Must work from the office when it’s needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Good technical skills and knowledge of Windows OS
  • English is a must (good verbal and writing)
  • Hardware knowledge (swap ram sticks, change SSD/HDD, etc)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server / Windows Desktop Family administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Remote Services)
