Responsibilities
Mission:
The IT Business Partner (IT BP) area has the primary objective of acting as a strategic bridge between the Information Technology (IT) area and the company's other business areas. It focuses on aligning initiatives, needs, and the business's strategic objectives, ensuring that business processes and technological solutions generate value and drive Ipiranga's competitiveness. The IT Business Partner promotes innovation by constantly seeking opportunities to transform processes, products, and operating models through technological solutions. Its actions enable a sustainable culture of innovation across the organization.
Activities:
Focus on strategy and leadership of strategic demands and projects
Lead strategic and highly complex requests together with the business areas
Facilitate the definition of technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
Propose innovative and scalable solutions that strengthen the company's competitiveness
Influence prioritization of the initiative portfolio within the business
Act as a strategic advisor to business area leaders
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for technological initiatives
Manage conflicts and align expectations between IT and the business
Facilitate partnerships with startups, innovation hubs and strategic suppliers
Monitor technology trends and assess their applicability
Ensure governance of the ITBP process
Requirements
Prerequisite:
Experience: Have acted as the initial contact between IT and business areas; support identification of simple technology requests and process mapping; assist in drafting functional requirements for IT projects; monitor request statuses and ensure clear communication with stakeholders; conduct basic data analyses and reports on solution performance; participate in committees with business areas to understand needs.
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
