About the role

  • HR Business Partner responsible for strategic planning and team support for internal clients at Embracon. Fostering talent management and organizational development within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build clients' strategic planning.
  • Define, guide and support the team's work with client leadership on building customized data that contribute to initiatives in human capital management planning.
  • Provide suggestions and alternatives for improvements to internal clients' organizational structures.
  • Guide and support the team in understanding the clients' strategies, challenges and macro processes.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of talent attraction and movement processes.
  • Guide and support the team in attracting strategic professionals and mediate talent mobility and the fit between internal opportunity requirements and functional/behavioral competencies.
  • Identify talent development needs.
  • Guide and support the team in processes and methodologies for assessing development needs (training, upskilling and education).
  • Guide and support the team in coaching leaders and teams on the best behaviors in a given scenario and in providing assertive feedback.
  • Develop customized Human and Organizational Development projects.
  • Define, guide and support the team, together with the Talent Attraction and Development Management, in processes and methodologies for structuring development initiatives (training, upskilling and education).
  • Ensure the team listens to leaders and employees, strategically analyzes received information and organizational climate, monitors proposed actions to address challenges and fosters employee development at EMBRACON.
  • Oversee the internal consulting team's day-to-day work with internal clients.
  • Monitor and guide the consulting team to provide data, analyses and benchmarks that support leadership decisions and action plans.
  • Ensure consultants maintain a broad perspective on the business, anticipate risks and impacts of different actions at EMBRACON, and act proactively to mitigate negative effects.
  • Ensure alignment between Embracon policies and the Business areas. Also ensure that, in the absence of a policy, the team proposes its creation together with the Business area and GRC.
  • Mapping of planned and qualified successors.
  • Coordinate with the team, with support from Talent Attraction and Development Management, the analysis of IDPs and periodically review the mapping of planned successors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed - Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Coaching certification
