  • Serve as the business focal point for life insurance benefits;
  • Manage life insurance processes, benefit agreements, Barracred, private pension plans, etc.;
  • Provide support to the business;
  • Handle and resolve support tickets;
  • Ensure process effectiveness;
  • Provide solutions for day-to-day issues and seek partnerships

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree;
  • Experience in customer and/or business support;
  • Knowledge of payroll routines and/or benefits;
  • Knowledge of the ADP Expert system (a plus).
