Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of facility services such as cleaning, reception, security, and maintenance
Support communication with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders

Support sustainability initiatives and data collection
Assist with documentation, budgeting support, and compliance tracking
Gather employee feedback and help implement improvements

Requirements
A degree or ongoing studies in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
Some experience (e.g. internship, summer job, or work experience) in facility operations or workplace services is preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good knowledge of common IT tools (e.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Excel and Powerpoint) required
Fluency in local language and English
