About the role

  • Assist in the coordination of facility services such as cleaning, reception, security, and maintenance
  • Support communication with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Help monitor service quality and report issues or improvement opportunities
  • Participate in various workplace projects (e.g., office moves, layout changes)
  • Support sustainability initiatives and data collection
  • Assist with documentation, budgeting support, and compliance tracking
  • Gather employee feedback and help implement improvements
  • Collaborate closely with our global team of facility professionals and businesses

Requirements

  • A degree or ongoing studies in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
  • Some experience (e.g. internship, summer job, or work experience) in facility operations or workplace services is preferred
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Good knowledge of common IT tools (e.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Excel and Powerpoint) required
  • Fluency in local language and English
