- Maintain contact with workshops to ensure services are completed within deadlines;
- Make adjustments and update vehicle statuses in the system;
- Control and record vehicle movements intended for sale;
- Monitor the arrival of vehicles at the wholesale yard and liaise with the used-vehicle team, providing support for vehicle-related requests.
Requirements

- Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of fleet management is desirable;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and fluency to maintain regular contact with service providers and internal stakeholders.
