About the role

  • Monitor the vehicle demobilization process, including returns through the inspection system;
  • Track vehicles at repair shops, ensuring they are properly prepared for sale;
  • Open and follow up on service tickets in the system;
  • Maintain contact with workshops to ensure services are completed within deadlines;
  • Make adjustments and update vehicle statuses in the system;
  • Control and record vehicle movements intended for sale;
  • Monitor the arrival of vehicles at the wholesale yard and liaise with the used-vehicle team, providing support for vehicle-related requests.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of fleet management is desirable;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and fluency to maintain regular contact with service providers and internal stakeholders.
