Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions.
Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.
You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.
You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.
You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.
You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
Requirements
You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality.
You are strong in communication and know exactly how to help and convince our customers.
You can work well independently, but also function well in a team.
You feel completely at home in the energetic and rapidly changing environment of a start-up.
You have a practical attitude, get to work immediately and see opportunities everywhere.
Financial knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will quickly bring you up to speed during your onboarding.
