About the role

  • As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions.
  • Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.
  • You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.
  • You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.
  • You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.
  • You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
  • You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality.
  • You are strong in communication and know exactly how to help and convince our customers.
  • You can work well independently, but also function well in a team.
  • You feel completely at home in the energetic and rapidly changing environment of a start-up.
  • You have a practical attitude, get to work immediately and see opportunities everywhere.
  • Financial knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will quickly bring you up to speed during your onboarding.
