About the role

  • Management and relationship handling of a B2B client portfolio (small, medium, and large companies)
  • Management of targets and results
  • Conduct follow-ups on renewals
  • Mapping and identifying new business opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite)
  • Experience in customer service / account relationship management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model — onsite 3 days per week
