Responsibilities
Provide second-line support for enterprise applications, efficiently resolving incidents and service requests to enhance user satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze application performance and availability using SQL and KQL on the Azure platform, escalating issues as necessary to ensure reliability.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your working knowledge of C#, .NET, and Python.
Maintain and update comprehensive application documentation, including detailed support procedures and knowledge base articles, to support operational efficiency.
Assist with application deployments, upgrades, and patching, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
Utilize REST APIs to facilitate application integration and automate workflows, improving process efficiency.
Apply foundational data structure knowledge to optimize application performance, supporting development and operational efforts.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in application support or IT operations
Strong understanding and practical experience with REST API architecture using tools like Postman
Proficiency in SQL and KQL for querying databases mainly on the Azure platform, and analyzing telemetry data
Solid foundation in data structure fundamentals with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios
Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and Python to support internal OTR applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
Nice to have: Exposure to scripting languages for basic automation tasks
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Managed Engine or Confluence
Understanding of additional cloud services beyond Azure and AWS
Experience with basic data analysis using Python
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
Adaptability in learning new technologies and methodologies quickly
