Lead Customer Success for Pointr's innovative indoor mapping solutions. Drive client satisfaction and team performance by shaping success strategies across multiple accounts and industries.
About the role
- Ensure execution and optimization of CRM strategies, using data and technology to personalize multichannel journeys, increase customer retention and conversion, and support the marketing team with automation, intelligent segmentation and campaign analysis.
- Configure and schedule campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp);
- Perform QA tests (content validation, segmentation, deliverability);
- Assist in creating audiences and simple segmentations;
- Document processes and lessons learned;
- Collaborate with marketing, data and technology teams;
- Monitor basic campaign results and produce operational reports;
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields;
- Interest in CRM, digital marketing and technology;
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data logic;
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automation tools is desirable;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
