About the role

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows within the BMC Helix ITSM platform to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows that streamline IT service management processes, enhancing overall productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions align with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to support users in effectively leveraging workflow tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows, making adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to ITSM and workflow management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT service management, specifically with BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in ITIL or other ITSM methodologies are a plus.
