Responsibilities
Support and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networks
Configure cloud-based and locally hosted solutions
Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and key business systems
Create and manage SharePoint sites, Power Automate Flows, and Power Apps
Implement security and compliance best practices
Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and support helpdesk needs
Collaborate with teams to roll out new technology solutions
Requirements
Ability to commute to our Nashville, TN headquarters 3 days per week
3–5 years of experience in Information Technology, including:
• 2–3 years working with Windows Server environments
• 2–3 years supporting Practice Management Software in dental or healthcare settings
Proficient with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers
Skilled in configuring and maintaining corporate networks, VPNs, and phone systems
Experienced in cloud-based and locally hosted software solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills for advanced hardware and software issues
Excellent communication, documentation, and active listening abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Willingness to travel up to 25%
