Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Information Technology, including:
- • 2–3 years working with Windows Server environments
- • 2–3 years supporting Practice Management Software in dental or healthcare settings
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers
- Skilled in configuring and maintaining corporate networks, VPNs, and phone systems
- Experienced in cloud-based and locally hosted software solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for advanced hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication, documentation, and active listening abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
