About the role

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development or IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
