Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with organizational objectives
Lead the IT Department across all functions: infrastructure, software development, support, cybersecurity, and data governance
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise systems and networks, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
Develop and enforce corporate IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (including desirable knowledge of ISO 27001)
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal security protocols
Lead internal and external IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and value creation
Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve internal efficiency and customer experience
Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation strategies
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business needs and propose technological solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree in MBA, Technology Management, or related field is preferred)
Proven experience (7+ years) in senior IT leadership roles
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and cloud environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and other IT governance or security standards
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning abilities
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
