About the role

  • IT Support Specialist assisting customers with e-form issues and managing tickets in the service portal. Providing IT support and administration for customer inquiries in a proactive manner.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with quick, competent assistance
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You handle and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
  • You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with quick, competent assistance

  • You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
  • You have a quick grasp of new topics and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of language are among your key strengths
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
  • You can communicate very well in German (at least C1)
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
