IT Support Specialist assisting customers with e-form issues and managing tickets in the service portal. Providing IT support and administration for customer inquiries in a proactive manner.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with quick, competent assistance
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You handle and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a strong command of language are among your key strengths
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
You can communicate very well in German (at least C1)
You have good written and spoken English skills
