Monitor and analyze new technologies and industry best practices to propose innovations and changes aligned with the company’s strategies and needs;
Manage supplier contracts to ensure achievement of established targets in Service Desk, Infrastructure and Database areas;

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
MBA or postgraduate degree in Technology is a plus;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT in medium and large companies (over 500 employees);
Experience in infrastructure modernization and cybersecurity projects;
Experience managing end-user support teams;
Strong capability to create policies, work instructions, service catalogs and training programs;
Experience implementing Agile and PMBOK methodologies for infrastructure projects;
Experience negotiating and managing IT contracts;
Skills and experience in IT budget structuring.
Hard Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT 5 Foundation is desirable;
