About the role
- Internship Engineer working on PTZ camera software and technology research at HGH Systèmes Infrarouges. Focused on improving camera control plugins and developing new features in C++.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to improving the PTZ control plugin
- Receive training on the current plugin architecture and the Cyclope software
- Conduct a state-of-the-art review and technology monitoring of the main PTZ camera interfaces (control protocols, video stream acquisition)
- Write the specifications for developing new features (zoom, tracking)
- Implement new features in C++
- Qualify and validate your developments using R&D Spynel equipment and a representative PTZ camera, and participate in field trials
Requirements
- Final-year engineering student (Bac+4/Bac+5) or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Development
- Strong knowledge of C++ programming (development using Visual Studio)
