About the role

  • You support our business customers and sales partners by phone and in writing — mainly with technical inquiries related to our portal solutions
  • You configure various access options for our portals and assist customer administrators with user management
  • To analyze complex technical issues, you simulate customer-side system landscapes — always with the aim of finding fast and precise solutions
  • You create clear, practical documentation, guides and proposed solutions — for both internal and external user groups
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our internal systems, e.g. in the CRM or in credential/identity management

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, presales or customer consulting for digital products
  • Career changers with technical understanding and an interest in digital solutions are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications and knowledge of common Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Team player, proactive and flexible
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
