Deliver effective IT support related to onboarding new users and departures of leavers
Provide technical software support for end-users, particularly around Office365, OKTA, and Zoom
Provide technical hardware support for end-users onsite and remote for Windows and Mac laptops, peripherals, video-conferencing systems, and office access control
Microsoft Intune administration including configuration, deployment, management of devices and applications, and troubleshooting security policies for MDM and MAM
Manage local IT vendor relationships and process orders through the company’s purchase requisition process
Work with Service Leads on escalated cases and changes
Work with IT Security to implement security policies and respond to incidents
Assist users with applications and provide hardware support to ensure operational delivery to customers
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Support role
Proficiency with Windows
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with OKTA
Proficiency with Office365 and the O365 admin suite
Endpoint management experience with Microsoft Intune
Experience with PowerShell scripting (a plus)
Experience with Power Automate (a plus)
Fluent English is a MUST
