Responsibilities

Du verwaltest Nutzer, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Azure EntraID / Microsoft 365
Du kümmerst Dich um On-/Offboarding, Imaging und Gerätebereitstellung via Intune
Du hältst unsere IT-Dokumentation und Hardware-Inventar aktuell (Jira, Confluence)
Du unterstützt bei Hardware-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Projekten (z. B. VPN, PowerShell-Automatisierung)
Requirements
Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support (z. B. durch ein Praktikum, Nebenjob oder Uni-Projekt)
Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Azure / M365 (z. B. Benutzerverwaltung in Azure AD)
Interesse an Scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) und DevOps-Themen
Teamgeist sowie Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf B1-Niveau
Kenntnisse in ITIL und Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
