About the role
- Du leistest 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für ca. 80 Kolleg:innen auf macOS und Windows – von Hardware über Software bis zu Netzwerkproblemen
- Du verwaltest Nutzer, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Azure EntraID / Microsoft 365
- Du kümmerst Dich um On-/Offboarding, Imaging und Gerätebereitstellung via Intune
- Du hältst unsere IT-Dokumentation und Hardware-Inventar aktuell (Jira, Confluence)
- Du unterstützt bei Hardware-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Projekten (z. B. VPN, PowerShell-Automatisierung)
Requirements
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support (z. B. durch ein Praktikum, Nebenjob oder Uni-Projekt)
- Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Azure / M365 (z. B. Benutzerverwaltung in Azure AD)
- Interesse an Scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) und DevOps-Themen
- Teamgeist sowie Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf B1-Niveau
- Kenntnisse in ITIL und Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
