About the role

  • Preparation of freight invoices for our customers and partners
  • Review and approval of incoming invoices
  • Verification of shipment results
  • Monthly final check of route results
  • Regular contact with partners and internal departments
  • Departmental support with various administrative tasks
  • Management and filing of freight documents
  • Creation and maintenance of customer master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education (e.g., apprenticeship, vocational school, commercial college)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or business administration is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in administration/billing is an advantage
  • Strong numerical and commercial/business acumen
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
