About the role

  • The person in the International Pricing/RGM Analyst role will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness (across channels/customers/regions) with the overall health of the business.
  • The professional will work directly with International BU teams to ensure RGM initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, establishing a positive agenda for pricing and profitability transformation with direct business impact.
  • Responsible for defining commercial policies by channel/region, reconciling alignment with the company's strategic objectives and adherence to the needs of each business unit.
  • Monitor the execution of price and discount policies across different regions and channels, ensuring compliance with the strategy and alignment with global RGM guidelines.
  • Serve as the RGM focal point for local business unit teams and collaborate in identifying opportunities and performing ad hoc analyses involving negotiations, discounts, mark-ups, product and customer mix improvements, among others.
  • Conduct pricing studies and price adjustments using internal and external data and advanced analytical models.
  • Contribute to the strategy for discontinued and phase-out products, recommending discount policies and maximizing contribution margin.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports including insights on average price, price/mix effects, and Gross-to-Net tracking, supporting decisions by the International RGM Execution Manager.
  • Build and improve RGM tools and processes, proactively seeking enhancements and aligning with global best practices.
  • Monitor market information (Havaianas and competitor pricing) and perform margin-pool analyses to support regional teams in pricing-related decisions (portfolio, price lists, promotions).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields.
  • Fluent English — essential for interaction with local teams, material preparation and conducting meetings; Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, with strong analytical skills for margin and pricing performance analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of pricing strategies for consumer goods, competitor analysis and price elasticity.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
