About the role
- Join Veepee Ad’s Customer Success team to manage media campaigns end-to-end, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Ideal for students with project management experience who are bilingual in Spanish and English and fluent in French.
Responsibilities
- At Veepee, Media is a business unit organized as an in-house ad operation (régie) that offers brands advertising solutions within a product-driven environment. It is also a team of salespeople, project managers, marketers, creatives and developers who design native solutions daily for branding, traffic generation, acquisition, etc.
- As part of Veepee’s media division, Veepee Ad, you will join the Customer Success team that manages each media campaign as a project.
- The Media Operations Coordinator coordinates internal stakeholders (Sales, art designers, developers, Legal, member relations, etc.) and external partners (agencies and advertisers) to deliver media campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met as well as the quality and reliability of campaign content.
Requirements
- Available from January/February for a 6-month internship
- Comfortable with IT tools and have an initial experience in project management
- Rigorous and organized, enabling you to work calmly under deadlines while successfully handling unforeseen issues
- Curious, proactive, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong relational skills to adapt to different stakeholders. Able to synthesize complex information, both written and verbal
- Higher education, minimum Bachelor's degree (BAC+3); suitable for candidates on a gap year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Languages: bilingual Spanish and English; fluent French
