About the role

  • Supporting the implementation of revenue strategy as a working student in Sales Operations. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams in an international B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support for revenue and marketing projects with a focus on Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Assist with Salesforce campaign management, e.g., maintaining, analyzing and documenting campaigns
  • Support the project lifecycle: from setup and data maintenance to performance analysis and optimization
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards (leads, conversion rates, pipeline, campaign performance)
  • Assist with data-driven analyses to derive insights for marketing and sales decisions
  • Contribute to optimizing lead management in collaboration with Sales Operations
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes between Marketing and Sales

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Revenue Operations, marketing & sales processes, and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Initial experience with CRM, marketing, or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills
