About the role

  • Assist in coordinating with employee representative bodies on global projects
  • Support the implementation of IT tools while ensuring compliance with co-determination rights
  • Conduct research and prepare briefings on collective labour law topics
  • Help organize meetings and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Create presentations and reports to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Law, Human Resources, or a related field with a focus on labour law
  • Strong interest in collective labour law and co-determination issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured, proactive working style
  • Open-minded and motivated to work in an international environment
  • Fluent in German and strong English language skills
