Responsibilities
Manage store operations, including commercial & merchandise setup.
Able to translate brand promotion into a briefing for the design team.
Work with other teams to ensure brand KPI & tasks are delivered effectively and on time.
Collaborate with manager on NMV goals, planning, and forecasting
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any ecommerce platform issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
Last year/ graduated student, preferably within Economics major
Passion for ecommerce and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English language proficiency
Good communication & can bear high pressure
Careful & work commitment spirit; problem-solving, and logical thinking skills are a must
E-commerce working experience is a plus
