About the role

  • Key Account Management intern at Intrepid Asia, an Ecommerce solutions provider in SEA. Managing store operations and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including commercial & merchandise setup.
  • Able to translate brand promotion into a briefing for the design team.
  • Work with other teams to ensure brand KPI & tasks are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Collaborate with manager on NMV goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any ecommerce platform issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Last year/ graduated student, preferably within Economics major
  • Passion for ecommerce and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English language proficiency
  • Good communication & can bear high pressure
  • Careful & work commitment spirit; problem-solving, and logical thinking skills are a must
  • E-commerce working experience is a plus
