About the role
- Frontend Developer enhancing STIHL's E-Commerce platform using React, TypeScript, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Focus on frontend features and product data management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern features for our STIHL e-commerce web platform with a focus on frontend and product data management
- Implement high-performance frontend components and AEM templates for the STIHL website using ReactJS, TypeScript and Redux
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, DevOps, UX designers and product managers
- Work with content teams and UX designers to ensure responsive design, optimal presentation and accessibility
- Share responsibility for DevOps aspects such as test automation, performance monitoring, stability in cloud environments, and building and maintaining automated build and deployment processes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in web frontend development with knowledge of React, JavaScript and TypeScript
- HTML5 and CSS3
- Ideally, experience developing with Adobe AEM (templates, components, Sling Models)
- Understanding of SEO, web performance and accessibility
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and working with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a self-organized, analytical working style
